Agreement to Terms
By accessing, using, creating an account with, or purchasing from www.ulk-supply.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website or services.

Business and Professional Use
ULK Supply LLC provides automotive keys, remotes, locksmith tools, programming equipment, key-cutting equipment, software, accessories, and related professional products. Certain products are intended for qualified automotive locksmiths, automotive professionals, dealers, repair facilities, or other legitimate businesses and should be used only for lawful and authorized purposes.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the knowledge, authorization, licenses, permissions, and other qualifications required by applicable law to purchase, possess, or use any product or service ordered from ULK Supply.

B2B Accounts and Product Eligibility
Certain products, tools, software, services, pricing programs, or professional equipment may require an approved business-to-business (B2B) account.

ULK Supply may request reasonable business verification information, including a business name, business address, business license, resale or tax documentation, or other information necessary to verify eligibility.

Submission of documentation does not guarantee approval. ULK Supply may approve, decline, suspend, or request additional verification for a B2B account where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, fraud prevention, manufacturer requirements, or product eligibility.

Products and Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, compatibility information, availability, images, and pricing. However, errors or changes may occur.

ULK Supply reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, product restrictions, or verification requirements.

Product Compatibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, part numbers, FCC IDs, compatibility information, vehicle applications, programming requirements, and other specifications before purchasing.

Programming Tools, Software and Electronic Products
Certain programming devices, diagnostic equipment, software products, subscriptions, tokens, licenses, or electronically delivered services may be subject to additional manufacturer or provider terms.

Compatibility, supported functions, subscriptions, online services, server availability, updates, licensing requirements, and vehicle coverage may be determined by the applicable manufacturer or service provider and may change over time.

Lawful Use
Products purchased from ULK Supply must be used only for lawful and authorized purposes.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations relating to automotive locksmithing, vehicle access, key programming, immobilizer systems, diagnostic equipment, security systems, and related activities.

Orders and Verification
ULK Supply may contact a customer to verify order information, billing information, shipping information, business information, or product eligibility before processing certain orders.

Orders requiring additional verification may be placed on hold until the requested information is received and reviewed.

Payment
Customers agree to provide accurate and authorized billing and payment information. Available payment methods and financing options may vary.

Third-party payment or financing services may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, terms, privacy policies, fees, or approval processes established by their respective providers.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, address issues, inventory availability, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside ULK Supply’s reasonable control.

Returns, Refunds and Warranty
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and applicable product conditions are governed by our Return Policy.

Certain software, activated products, subscriptions, tokens, electronic services, special-order items, programmed products, or products subject to manufacturer restrictions may have different return or refund eligibility.

Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, may be subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and procedures.

Intellectual Property
Website content, including ULK Supply branding, logos, graphics, original images, text, page designs, and other proprietary materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Customers are responsible for selecting, installing, programming, configuring, and using products appropriately and in accordance with applicable instructions, manufacturer requirements, and law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ULK Supply is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized use, improper installation, improper programming, modification, failure to follow applicable instructions, or use of a product outside its intended application.
